Enhabit is a reprehensible and sorry excuse for a care organization. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and don’t entrust any of their wellbeing to this company. They left my father, an Alzheimer’s patient, high and dry after he had a major accident leading to his hospitalization. We were told that he would begin physical and occupational therapy to recover from broken ribs and a punctured lung, injuries which are time sensitive and critical for his continued health. If you want a company that looks out for their own interests instead of the needs a patient, a company that cannot meet their own scheduling requirements and has PTs who don’t show up when scheduled, PTs who engage in unprofessional behavior when they do visit, this is the company for you. Don’t fall for the wonderful ways they describe their company and services. It’s all talk. Nothing else.

The Enhabit Home Health and Hospice Agency located at 111 NW Newton Dr., Suite B, Burleson, Texas 76028 by far exceeds my expectations. Heather is the RN Administrator and she returns calls from patients. Obviously, she is concerned about the well-being of Enhabit's patients. Daune Littlefield,RN, and Steve Wilson, RN are Case Managers, who exhibit good bedside manners. When this Location was Encompass health they were not there when my dad was in hospice care. The person that bathes the patient was there and really cared. But never seen a nurse even when we called and told them he didn't have much longer. And he needed around the clock care. They said oh he has some more time. It's ok . He will probably make it through the weekend. That night after that conversation in the morning ,my Dad passed away and they were not their for him.
