Completely unprofessional. Never the same nurse. Physical therapist played on facebook/phone the entire time he was directing exercises. Last nurse missed her appointment with us & just showed up the next day. I'm also not sure if it's the lack of supervision but there is a bit of a Dr. type of attitude when their qualifications are wound care, BP, pulse ox, etc. One nurse told my mother with alzheimer's to "keep your hands busy to help with dementia/alzheimer's.
