EDIT. The receptionist/ staff member that answered the phone locally in Casper that spoke with us Monday this week was LOVELY and helpful and willing to tell us time slots about a week out which was a huge improvement from previous calls. The enhabit state level manager called and was willing to listen and have a reasonable dialogue. Cheers to follow up and willingness to have the conversation. Absolutely ridiculous refusal to schedule appointments more than 24 hours in advance. Repeated requests to schedule appointments a week in advance and with the clients POA caregiver who has the whole schedule of appointments and instead it is regular phone calls on a Sunday about a next day appointment..... today being one The therapist took the liberty to write on the patients paper calendar without verifying there were no conflicts which is directly opposite of the requested method of scheduling by the POA/ day to day care... read more
