I had Engstrom replace a slider window with two double hung windows, replace a kitchen window with a door, and replace the front door. It cost almost $13,000 for this small amount of work to be done, so you would think that the quality would be top notch, but it is far from it. The first issue is with the door installed in the kitchen. It was covered with an excessive amount of frost and leaking a tremendous amount of cold air. We had a great experience with Engstrom's. We asked around about gutters and gutter helmets and a trusted roofer highly recommended Engstrom's as the only company he would work with in Burnett County. From the first call with Cherie to the estimate and final completion, everything was professional, on time, and seamless. We are very pleased with their work.

AMAZING - simply AMAZING!!!!! I am really disappointed to have to give a two star review because the crew that came out to my house was mostly great. I appreciate that they worked so hard in such cold weather. I had Engstrom replace a slider window with two double hung windows, replace a kitchen window with a door, and replace the front door. The first issue is with how inaccurate the colors are. I ordered arctic blue. In the brochure it is a muted blue-gray. In reality, it is almost lavender, and a bit garish. I think I paid at least $800 extra to have ... read more

They replaced the shingles on our house. We could have been more satisfied. The job was done on time, on bid, They are real professionals and provide excellent communication before and during the job. This is the second work we have contracted with Engstrom’s, and since they had to remove their gutters for the roof job they included an adjustment to them.
