Engrenage is the only gym that really made me want to train indoors in the long term. Thanks to the personalized support of the coaches, I got back into shape without getting injured, while resolving old physical problems. More than a year later, I still look forward to my sessions! I feel in great shape, both for my other sports and for everyday life. Motivating atmosphere, quality supervision — I recommend 100%!

Voilà plus de 5 ans que je m’entraîne chez Engrenage ! J’étais loin d’avoir envie de fréquenter une salle d’entraînement. Mais Engrenage est un gym pas comme les autres. Les coach ont une approche vraiment personnalisée, sont à l’écoute de tes limites et trouvent toujours des solutions pour que tu te pousses au max tout en progressant à ton rythme. Much more than an ordinary gym! I had been dealing with back problems for over a year and a half. I was going around in circles training and was not able to find my place anywhere. Engrenage allows me to train and challenge myself. All this in complete safety surrounded by competent and friendly staff.
