Visiting from out of town, I reached out through the website to inquire about drop-ins. Étienne responded promptly and was incredibly helpful in coordinating a time for me to come in. He kindly followed up with me just prior to my arrival to ensure everything was in order. I received a warm welcome upon my arrival and would happily visit again when I am next in the area!

Engrenage is the only gym that has truly inspired me to train indoors long-term. Thanks to the personalized guidance from the coaches, I got back in shape without injury, while also addressing some old physical issues. More than a year later, I still look forward to my workouts! I feel fantastic, both for my other sports and for everyday life. Motivating atmosphere, top-notch coaching—I recommend it 100%!

Voilà plus de 5 ans que je m’entraîne chez Engrenage ! J’étais loin d’avoir envie de fréquenter une salle d’entraînement. Mais Engrenage est un gym pas comme les autres. Les coach ont une approche vraiment personnalisée, sont à l’écoute de tes limites et trouvent toujours des solutions pour que tu te pousses au max tout en progressant à ton rythme.
