Visiting from out of town, I reached out through the website to inquire about drop-ins. Étienne responded promptly and was incredibly helpful in coordinating a time for me to come in. He kindly followed up with me just prior to my arrival to ensure everything was in order. I received a warm welcome upon my arrival and would happily visit again when I am next in the area!

I've been training here for seven months now and I love it! The atmosphere is motivating and the coaches are extremely competent. They take the time to teach us the correct technique first and foremost, which allows us to progress safely and avoid injuries. I also appreciate the diversity of the people who train here: all levels are welcome and the atmosphere is inclusive, motivating, and non-judgmental. I recommend this gym without hesitation! My best decision in years!
