Jeanetter, Jimmy, Randy from Engraving concepts and Jason from Epilog Service made my Chritmas season. My Laserstar went out and they couldn't get the correct parts sent out prior to Christmas! Sweating , I recently say the Epilog G100, ordered one and got it up and running 2 weeks before Christmas. With a backlog of over 200 orders, we got them all completed on time.
