**Verified purchaser ** Brutal honest purchase review and I want everyone to understand what product they get when ordering from this company. My father retired from the fire department and had a presentation ceremony for two items that I purchased from EAG. My POC was Mary who across the phone was polite and reassured that I would have both items, my father’s retirement engraved axe and a shadow box build by EAG in hand a day before the presentation day.
