Very hard to get ahold of and uncommunicative
Horrible customer service, even after spending thousands of dollars to on service calls and parts
Customer service sucks, called about getting tube recharged on a Universal Laser Technician said they don’t do that, did not even act like they wanted business
WORST customer service. Going on 3weeks of unanswered emails & unreturned calls. For a simple tech support need. My company invested several thousand dollars of equipment and can't get any kind of assistance whatsoever. Buyer beware. Shop elsewhere.
