Edit: After sending them an email, I received a prompt reply with a remedy. Once I have received the new box I will update again. Adding a star for their prompt reply, customer service is on point. Wine bottle engraving was perfect. The box has imperfections and was done in the wrong color and the only reason I bought the box was to put the wine in it, but it doesn't even fit.
