Very very disappointed. The new owner Nancy didn't keep the amazing customer service aspect when she took over. I've gone here for Christmas gifts and others items for the past few years and I've ALWAYS been satisfied with products and the great customer service. The people that work there are very helpful, accommodating, and prompt. I always take my wooden Aveda brushes there to be personalized as gifts. I always recommend Engraved Gift Collection to anyone looking for a thoughtfull treasure to remember and have forever.
I purchased gifts for my co-workers. I selected and paid for the 3-Day Express for $30 and didn't receive my order until 6 days later. I immediately emailed the company to communicate my frustration with the overall experience. I received a response back this evening and it doesn't look like they will take responsibility. I responded back to the email to further justify why I feel that they did not follow through on the "3-Day Express" promise. I'm really hoping that they will make this right. Let's see...
