Edit to respond to owner: Stainless steel also shouldn't crack, tarnish, or turn skin green, so regardless for almost $30 this was a rip off. Went in while on vacation looking for a new toe ring. The woman there assured me they were sterling silver. Not only did it crack when I bent it to fit my toe, but silver doesn't turn my skin green! It's also already tarnished and miscolored, which silver doesn't do in 3 days of wear. I paid $28 for a piece of junk. The Lady that owns the shop is so very kind, my husband and I went in a bought a ring to replace my original wedding set because it had gotten to small and it was our 1 year anniversary and I ended up getting a ring bit to small and she let me switch it out without a problem but then that one too had something wrong with it and she over compensated for it and was just very kind the entire time and I was so nervous to go back and ask for another size for no reason. Went here with family for father's day, and we love the products, it's just the older blonde lady who was working there was very rude. When we went to check out she was glaring at us and she acted like we were interrupting her playing her phone game. My mom asked for small bags to protect the jewlery and she tossed them at us and went back to her phone game. We were just very disappointed with our experience this time as we've enjoyed shopping there with our family in the past.
8/03/2024 staff opened before she was ready. Sat and balanced the cash drawer in front of us and complained about the closing person. We knew what we wanted, walked in grabbed it. Explained that we didn't have time to wait and she was RUDE. Told us that maybe we shouldn't be shopping if we were in a rush. I spent $85. Others in my party were prepared to spend the sane. They put theirvitems back and decided to shop somewhere else. Horrible customer service!!!
