So adorable! Got some cute stuff for my girls here.
Customer service has really gone down but I did notice there were some new faces from the last time I was in. I stop by this shop every time I’m in town. The manager usually helps me but It didn’t feel like she recognized me this time. Everyone else was busy working on something. Nobody ever said hello or thank you as I left the store.
The employees here don't really make eye contact or smile, or even try to help you out. Their somber attitude was such a stark contrast with the nice interior and the adorable baby clothes that were on display. The vibe was just so contradictory and uncomfortable. You know the feeling you get as a customer, somehow YOU'RE the one that has to appease the employees? Yeah this store is one of those stores...
They have Jellycats! We search every town we visit and this is where we found them.
Horrible treatment by their young inexperienced staff today. Just get your baby’s things from Children’s Salon or Mytheresa or Harrod’s. It is not worth going to this store and supporting their small business. I always pass by this store from our house to my go to cafe in the neighborhood. Today I decided to check it out while walking my baby. We got discriminated by the young saleslady.
