Always nice, helpful and respectful even when you are kind of an ass to them out of frustration due to circumstances neither me nor they had any control over such as USPS, FedEx and UPS.
I went to a big-name pharmacy for years. I experienced problems nearly every time I had a prescription. I finally switched to English awhile back, and I love it. They are very fast, friendly, & efficient. They treat me like a person, unlike that other pharmacy. Any time I walk in, it's like going back to a time when businesses actually cared about their customers. Always a pleasant experience.

Great service
