I went to a big-name pharmacy for years. I experienced problems nearly every time I had a prescription. I finally switched to English awhile back, and I love it. They are very fast, friendly, & efficient. They treat me like a person, unlike that other pharmacy. Any time I walk in, it's like going back to a time when businesses actually cared about their customers. Always a pleasant experience.
Always nice, helpful and respectful even when you are kind of an ass to them out of frustration due to circumstances neither me nor them had any control over such as USPS, FedEx and UPS.
Great service
They have recently changed owners, and I have had trouble getting my insurance approved. There has been a shift and it's not quite the same. You have to pay for delivery now in town. I had to change pharmacies because of the insurance problem. While I really like the girls who work the counter and other help it has changed.
I have been using this pharmacy for years, even when out of network I use them because of their wonderful customer service.
