If I could rate this place a 0, I would. This facility should be absolutely shut down. Not only is the staff absolutely rude, they completely lie to get you into the “program”, a program that repeats, exactly the same, every week. NONE of the “therapeutic activities” happen, the schedule is fake. My daughter want to go there for help . She has health problems. Cirrhosis of the liver. She answered all questions. But she gets to Tennessee from wyoming , had problems with health and the flight ,ended up in hospital. Now they say she can't go there. They need more questions. She was honest with them.
