Typical trailer park. Update 2018: Although they are still owned by Home First, they changed the name of this rundown trailer park to "The Reserves". Insinuating that it's an upscale place, which it isn't. They have brought in a lot of new "Mobile Homes" (they're not on a foundation), but nothing else has changed. Just less yard room because the new houses are really crammed in there.
Ok community
Nice people who work here. Super friendly, way better then Windom Hills office people
