To whom it may concern, I chose and choose to resign. This is terrible starting with management. Everything is blamed on the staff, when it’s the managers that’s the total problem. They then hire this new DON that has listened to one employee paint a picture of all the others to be monsters. HORRIBLE. NEGLIGENT. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Our loved one was in memory care here for 10 days and it was 10 days too long. She is 90 years old and has advanced Alzheimer's so we installed a camera in her room so we could keep an eye on her. It was in plain sight and there was even a warning on her door that there was a camera inside. This did not stop the staff from neglecting her, speaking rudely to her and even manhandling her. Where to start...they need to be in the negative in review ratings. The good reviews are bogus and/or those reviewers should consider themselves lucky and only by grace of God have not been hurt by the incompetence or retaliation of head nurse Kelsie and administration. Any staff that was worth a damn and cared, has been fired or quit, or wish they could quit, leaving more opportunity for other residents to suffer. Do not put your loved one in this place it is terrible . Kelsie the charge nurse is awful and should not be in the people caring business. Jay the director acts like he cares but does not . Emails concerning our mothers care went unanswered until we requested a one on one meeting . Still ended badly . Resulting in us pulling our mother out of facility . This place needs to be shut down. And please do not send me one of those phony automated messages saying you care about my experience at EM
