This place is wonderful! My mother moved in in May 2025. We were struggling to find an assisted living place for her and met many road blocks from other facilities. It was overwhelming and my siblings and I were unsure what we were going to do. Then I called English Meadows and spoke with John, the manager. He immediately made me feel relief -- that we would receive the help with needed. He made the process super smooth. All the staff at the facility are amazingly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Staff at this facility are wonderful! Management has come a tremendous way and are doing a wonderful job. Matt, the administrator, is sincere and hard working to ensure all of his residents are well taken care of. Lea, the ADON, is a new change to the building and she is AMAZING! She works her butt off and truly has the staff and her residents needs in mind. I visit weekly with hospice and always recommend this ALF because the staff truly cares!
Great Staff that care and have passion to do the job! Management team very down to earth and do what is needed for the residents! Blacksburg Campus is Family and feels very warm and welcoming!!!
