Staff at this facility are wonderful! Management has come a tremendous way and are doing a wonderful job. Matt, the administrator, is sincere and hard working to ensure all of his residents are well taken care of. Lea, the ADON, is a new change to the building and she is AMAZING! She works her butt off and truly has the staff and her residents needs in mind. I visit weekly with hospice and always recommend this ALF because the staff truly cares!
Great Staff that care and have passion to do the job! Management team very down to earth and do what is needed for the residents! Blacksburg Campus is Family and feels very warm and welcoming!!!

I have worked at this facility for four years and I have loved every single minute of it. They have allowed room for growth, I came in as a CNA 3 years ago and allowed me to take the RMA course almost a year ago. I worked here during COVID my senior year of high school and they were kind enough to celebrate me and my fellow co workers that were graduating with a graduation at work.
