Dr. English listened carefully to me explain my symptoms and trusted me in providing the treatment I preferred. She is very competent and caring and someone I fully trust to help manage my inner ear condition.
Was able to make an appointment very quickly as a new patient. I was very impressed with the assistant but did not have much time with Dr. English. Only waited a few minutes at the time of the appt.
Always helps me keep on Track with missed appointment and always very professional.
I ABSOLUTELY lv dr Katie....she listens attends to my needs...doesn't rush...was excellent with my nasal surgery....excellent work with her follow ups....dr-patient courtesy is very high with me....I absolutely lv the eye contact....she understands me....doesn't talk over me...or below me...meets me at my level....
