Received my Mother's Day arrangement from my daughter who lives out of state. The arrangement was beautiful. Vibrant and fragrant! Thank you
STAY AWAY. My husband ordered a package deal containing a flower arrangement, box of chocolates and balloon. The delivery driver left the flowers but the other items were not delivered. He called the store and was told that the driver “knew she had messed something up” and would return later. She did not return. He called the next day and was again told they would be delivered, and they were not. This company is dishonest and will give you the run around instead of making their mistakes right.
I’ve used The English Garden Florist before and always received great products and value. I placed an order on short notice this week asking for same day delivery. They were able to accommodate my request and delivered a beautiful arrangement to my wife for our 52nd anniversary . Thanks for the extra special service! Highly recommended !
Ordered flowers for Mothers day and half were dead when they arrived. We attempted to contact them and had to resort to leaving a message. They did not return our calls.
My son in law bought $150 bouquet. Ordered first thing in the am. They didn't show up till 4pm right as my daughter was leaving work. It was no where near what he had ordered.A very cheap vase with not even a dozen roses and a few carnations. She was so upset. He contacted them and they would only refund him $50. That is in sane!!!! Not only did he not get what he paid for or delivered on time. It was for their anniversary. Do not order from these people. Crap service and you don't get what you paid for. Never again!!!!
