So disappointed by the staff incompetence. After not hearing from them about mother in laws ashes. I called was informed my brother in law was supposed to pick them up. I knew this wasnt right as we agreed I would get them contacted brother in law. He said no I was right I was supposed to pick up moms ashes. They were also supposed to mail death certificates to my brother in law. He never received them . When I called again was informed my husband has to pick up ashes.
