Attendant ignorant. Paid for a ultimate wash. Light was green pulled in like I have for years undercarriage washer didn’t turn on. Tried several times with no luck. Went inside asked the attendant for help. He walks out sees the green light and tells me to pull all the way into the yellow pad. I tell him again I bought an ultimate wash and his attitude becomes worse. He finally resets the wash and tells me he did me a favor. YOU DIDN’T DO ME A FAVOR I PAID FOR THE SERVICE!!!!! Came here to get my car inspected for new car insurance that i just had got. Man inside the office was helping a customer who walked in right before me. Greeted him , and helped him with no problem. Soon as it’s my turn , i had to wait for him to finish folding towels before he helped me. Never greeted me , never asked how can i help you? He said “what you need?”! Homeboy was rude af & it’s probably because I’m BLACK!!!!!
