Worst car wash I've ever been through I took my vehicle through I came out a pulled side of my vehicle Fender off I filled out AA report and stopped by there a few times and called owner has yet to call me the manager Aida I believe her name is very rude and unprofessional like, She had the nerve to tell me there was damage to my car before how dare her, I don't even believe she tells the owner anything I and I want my car fixed don't take your vehicle through that car wash rip off and nasty😑Â
The young lady that was at the first part of the car wash, not paying attention told us to pull up on the track. There was another car right in front of us that didn't seem to be moving. But we moved forward as she said. It then pushed us forward because we was in neutral and it hit the car in front of us. They claim they have no human resource number and evening is handled through the store Manger (jessie). Which offered no help. What type of customer service is this!!!!!Â
