English Color and Supply has a great reputation for quality and knowledgeable staff. This has been my experience at other "English" locations but not this one. On several occasions I have left disappointed. I have been told by staff they cannot do something, only to call another English location and have no issues. * Was told a color matched created by the Lewisville branch could not be replicated. Good crew there.
Something is seriously wrong with this location. I've been buying paints from English color only since 5 years ago. Store from Dallas and Garland are fine. But this Irving store is just wrong. Everytime when I spend $ to buy paint from this store, I have to sand the car again. Way you mix the paint is something totally different from other English color store.
