Best Yipee place to eat My husband and I had a fantastic time at Coastal Flats in Fairfax!!! They have the best Mojito's in town, they gave you a great amount on rhum compared other bars. Food is fantastic especially salmon served on a salad with their special dressing and their filet mignon is fantastic. Service is impeccable and price very reasonable! We loved that place and love the atmosphere! great experience!

Sucks Agree, typical chain restaurant. Too many college aged waiters, cooks etc, who's primary greeting is, "Hey, guys". Food so so. No reservations, call ahead seating, what ever that is. No parties greater than 7 people. WTF!!!

No Complaints We've eaten here twice with two others for lunch and dinner on a Sat., and both times were pleased. Each tried something different, and everyone was overall happy with their choices. The crabcakes were excellent, as were the fish&chips. Service was fine both times. Price was as expected in this "Great American Restaurant" chain - look to spend between $15-25 for a decent dish. So-so food... I have eaten at Coastal Flats many times and it's always been so-so. The restaurant is always very busy, so there is usually a wait. I have ordered several of the entrees on the menu, but there is nothing I would recommend. It's your typical chain restaurant.

Terrible service, OK food After five minutes, no bread. Later the waitress reappeared, asked if we wanted bread. Wow, thanks for asking. Yes, of course, we would like some. The bread didn't arrive until we were in the middle of our entrees! I don't even remember what we ordered, so I guess it was nothing memorable.
