tl;dr Make sure to take detailed videos of your unit before moving in, including ones of you opening all the cabinets, drawers, etc. and capturing every nook and cranny from different camera angles in your unit. This will hopefully protect you from what other previous tenants have experienced during move-out inspection. My girlfriend lives in this building so I visit quite often. The management always picks up their phone even during the weekends!! Building is quiet and clean, I would highly recommend living here.

I lived in this building for three years and recently moved out. It’s a beautiful property in a fantastic neighborhood—one of the few in Vancouver that allows large dogs, which was a major plus for me. The building has had the usual basic maintenance done, and on the surface, it looks great. However, beneath the surface, things have gone downhill—largely due to poor management.
