Excellent building management team, led by Alma, the building manager. The run they property professionally, keeping all premises clean and well-maintained. They respond quickly to any issues and provide effective solutions, including technical problems with the washing and drying machines (personal experience).
This property is really great close to everything. The building looks really clean when i did my vieiwing and the unit is really spacious and modern . The price of the unit is kind of above my budget but i guess you are paying for the location. Alma has been very accomodating and friendly, roof top view od the water is to die for .
Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! And I’d like to thank our building manager Alma for this. Alma was so helpful and welcoming when I first signed my lease. She is caring and will always make sure the job gets done. Thanks for making me feel welcome and safe in my new home. All of the maintenance staff, the concierges and the security team are amazing.
