Everyone was friendly and very professional and I really like the fact that they do direct billing.
I had a good experience. However, I understand the reviews that mention them really pushing Invisalign. To be honest, I found it off putting. My father was a dentist and I’ve been to many over the years, and I’ve never had anyone push an Invisalign type treatment before. I repeatedly declined Invisalign, making it clear I wasn’t interested and every person I saw (hygienist, dental assistant, and dentist) all pushed it. I’ll be returning but if they keep pushing Invisalign then I may look somewhere else.
I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at English Bay Dental! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Alam is incredibly skilled and attentive—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
