Delivery Review Appointment was at 11:00 AM. I checked in at 10:25 AM, but was told to wait until my appointment time because I was “too early.” There were plenty of docks available, and only two trucks were being unloaded at the time. Right at 11:00 AM, they came out, checked the seal, and assigned me a dock. Unloading took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. There are no restrooms available for drivers.

This place is good to unload, but loading can be a bit tricky with the receiver if they are in a good mood in and out with no problems but if they are having a bad day you will taste it too I was early and the lady was not having a good day she wanted me to wait until my appointment time until her supervisor stepped in and said to put me in the door and get me out asap

Got here at 7:10 am for a 10:00 am appt time. I looked at the reviews and mostly everyone said that they came before there appt time and got unloaded early. I checked in and office told me they are busy today but they’ll work me in the schedule. For a warehouse thats “busy” that day, all the drivers that came in only used 1 dock to unload out of 6 docks. I guess the rest of the docks are just for show. Why couldn’t they use the other docks to unload the rest of the drivers that are here.
