I specifically asked for a FAST GROWING hedge. A type of yew was selected, but at last minute Kaleb said he had a better selection for me. 9 months later I pull a tag from one and read that this variety HM EDDIE YEW is "slow growing and thrives in SHADE TO PARTIAL shade. The are planted in a space that gets full SUN all day. Also they were planted in a minimum size hole...we did the hole twice the size of root ball per planting instructions, but they short-cut the process, not setting the plants up for successfull growth. We completed a very large project including removal of three tall trees and many mature bushes and replacement with all new bushes, rock and a stone border. Ben Phillips did a great job organizing the project and scheduling and Isaac and Sid did a phenomenal job of executing the detailed plan. The house and landscaping look amazing! Mike finished the job securing the sprinklers and providing insight into the accurate drainage for the property! Recommend Englewood landscaping wholeheartedly!!!!

Run far away from Englewood! We’ve used Englewood for about 5 years for both our lawn and front entrance to our neighborhood, paying for both. We contracted with them for regular lawn maintenance as well as multiple special projects. We’ve spent approximately $25,000 on special projects and approximately $6,000 annually for lawn maintenance with this company.
