I visited my sister at Aviata my sister was in physical therapy at the time so i got the chance to observe they were very hands on and I was impressed. Later in her room we enjoyed coffee and met Jolene with poetry therapy session. I was happy with my sister improvement
My time here has been good..I enjoy all the therapy team members, the activities director Ernie and her assistant Stephanie are the Best. I enjoy my time with Joline the director of patient experience is awesome very helpful and a friend. I enjoy talking with her and her poetry ate beautiful. The CNAs are very caring and helpful and can’t enough about Unit Nurse Manager Judy. I have appreciated the time, care and attention I have received.
Food could be better, I had to bring food from outside for my wife to eat. Most of the staff was excellent
This was my second stay at Aviata due to my falling and injuring myself. I of course rehabed with PT but I needed more time with them. I was given my meds on time but I especially enjoyed my poetry rehab visits from Joline, that helped me more than she realized. Night nurses Jen, Sylvia and Chaterra my pink girl, like myself were absolutely the best, they helped me to decide on this rating even though the food was not up to par. My time here at Aviata I have enjoyed the therapy team Alix, Karen, Nick, Laura, Sue, and Gwen and others. They are encouraging, kind and build your spirits up. Nurse Tiffany is through, listen to concerns and patient. CNA Jennifer takes great care of me. She kind and takes care of my needs in a timely manner..The Director of Patient Experience Joline she I have grown very close were feel safe and can talk to her. I love when she reads me her poetry that brings me comfort during my stay.
