This is a wonderful place. The therapy team are wonderful , they help me so much .... i get to go home. very thankful. CNA Jeniffer, Nurse Tyler ( he was our everything!) joline is everybody's "person". She helps with everything.
Bennett from Social Services was very helpful.
Horrible phoneline experience, if you can even get through which you don't half the time and speak to someone you get transferred to a voicemail or the call drops entirely.
Seriously the worst.. my mom was there supposedly for a week of PT stayed a month and left comatose .. englewood hospital had to use narcan as they OD'd her with oxy and she cant even remember being there which is probably better for her as I remember every detail..she also ended up with a bed sore and a UTI .. she does remember the aides being very rough and rude to her ..
