Our experience, in the couple weeks my mom has been a resident, is that all the staff (nurses, CNA's, Supervisors, PT, receptionist, business office and admissions) are compassionate and caring, making sure my mom is comfortable and her needs are met, as well as our family when visiting my mom. Additionally, they have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in navigating the medicare/medicaid process.

My sister-in-law had to suddenly be placed at Aviata at Englewood. From the moment my wife and I visited, we were impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness, and Staff knowledge we interacted with. Valerie, the Business Office Manager, was known as the "Finance Guru", and explained everything we needed to know about Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Insurance.
