Great doctors. It feels like the DMV in the waiting room area with loud sitcoms on the TV and people on speaker phones. The staff contributes to the noise with constant gossiping and very unprofessional. You will find yourself waiting a while in this kind of environment.
Let me start by saying don’t always pay attention to negative reviews, try them out and have your own experience. I have been going to this OBGYN since finding out i was pregnant and i love it here. Shout out to the ladies in the front desk for always being polite and making me feel comfortable each visit especially Dawn and Desiree very sweet always attentive. I want to start by saying that I truly value Dr. Moon. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has always provided excellent care. This is the only reason I continued with this practice as long as I have.Unfortunately, my experiences with the office staff and management have been consistently negative and, at times, inappropriate.During my annual visit in February, I accidentally mixed up my appointment time.
