I want to start by saying that I truly value Dr. Moon. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has always provided excellent care. Came here a while ago and my doctor was nice. She explained everything to me and was gentle but I was refused privacy during my time. I requested for there to not be a student or anyone training in the room during my appt and was told I don’t have a choice. This feeling of having my privacy violated has stuck with me since then and I really felt the need to comment on this. The medical care from the doctors is excellent, but the front desk experience especially the receptionist in Bayonne is disappointing. New patients are often left waiting for hours, while regulars are allowed to bypass the queue. There also appears to be inconsistent treatment of patients that raises concerns about fairness. Unfortunately, even when you advocate for yourself, the staff is generally unresponsive. If possible, try visiting a different location — your experience will likely be much smoother.
