RecommendedI have lived here 8yrs. I love everything about it. It hasn't been an apartment for me a long time. It is my home. The only thing we pay is Electric. We are able to have a dog or cat. We have swimming pool and hot tub.The area is clean , an safe. You cannot find anything better.
When we visit my mom we have to visit her in silence. If we dont she gets a complaint letter from the manager in the morning.🤫👎🏼
The only problem I have with these apts. is the pool is so cold. They won't turn the heater on. The temperature in the pool is between 70-75 degrees. It should be between 80-83 degrees. May not seem very much difference but it is.
The rent is going up $62 per month but the buildings and grounds are not maintained well. Every building needs outside repairs that have not been done in over 2 years. Used the love living here but not any more.
