I have zero issue with my Physician. My problem is simply the customer service the front office provides. When calling, they are never accomidating, short & rude. How hard is it to show empathy with a patient? I started with this group when it was still Vandalia Medical Center at the age of 16, I am now 48. Over these years, I have recieved good customer care. If your under the age of 40 expect to be treated as such. They are very rude to younger people, they seem to change their demeanor once a young adult comes through the front door. I'm here to make sure I'm healthy not get bombarded by rude looks and passive aggressive comments.
