The Englewood & Clayton dental office has both mean Dentists and staff. One of the drs wanted to send me all the way to Columbus just to have a root canal done-I ended up finding an another local dentist to do it. Then a a couple months later, the office mgr had the nerve to drop my family and I as patients from their sorry practice because my mother was in the hospital for a week and a half- Plus, their office looked like a small, dirty basement apartment !! I would NOT recommend this practice in the future ever again!!
Let’s be honest, nobody likes the dentist and I am terrified of it, but hands down this is the BEST Dentist I have ever been to, and BEST experience I have ever had! I believe a new Dentist has taken over, which all good things to say about Dr. S! The Hygienist that also worked to assist and do my cleaning are phenomenal. I had an appointment at 3:30. At 4:05 I was told they were just cleaning the room in prep for me. They then proceeded to take two patients back. It is now 4:35 and I still am in the waiting room. Office closes in 20 minutes. Save yourself the headache and time, 0/10 do not recommend!
They really take care of your teeth but the policy they have with not letting you come back if you miss appt. I don’t remember missing a appt. and I talked with someone else and they said the exact same thing so I don’t know if that’s the way they keep certain people from not coming back or what I am confused.
Always friendly and respectful!! I need a lot of dental work done, however; I’m confident that I will be just fine.
