I called twice to become a new patient. The 1st time I called, I received a voicemail stating that I will be called back within 2 to 3 business days. I waited 2 to 3 business days and no call back. So, I tried calling again and instead of hitting whatever number it is for new patients, I hit the number for appointments, a receptionist transferred me to a new patient line again, I left another message in which a different recording said please do not leave multiple messages.
