Thank you so much.... I know people RAG on the services that they get around here. Let's face it. We're in the middle of bump blasted nowhere. So lucky to have such a good facility. So close.I mean it's not like you're checking in there for surgery.We need help sometimes.And these guys are there for us... I walked in there with a foreign body In my eye within 1 hour, I walked out of there. They removed the foreign body and sent me home with some antibacterial... The one cleaner I think her name was Sheryl was so nice !! She did an amazing job and she was so kind ! Soft spoken and made me feel like I really mattered !! I can tell she's really hard working and she shines a light everywhere she goes !! Give her raise please !! :)

Sat in hard chairs with open post surgical incision needing care for 5 hours. They took in everyone worker comp, diaper rash etc there were no heart attacks, no bleeding, no strokes why I was ignored I don’t know. I sought how to care for burst incision since appt to see surgeon in Sudbury is 2 week wait. Incision was swollen infected now edges are healed but not together. I am very upset with Englehart Hospital. My mom had an appointment on May 16 at 1 o’clock for an x-ray of her arm. The paperwork that the x-ray department received from Elk Lake Nursing Station said that it was for her wrist. My mom is an elderly lady and was in severe pain and said no it’s for my arm, not my wrist can you please check my arm (which we did ask for it to be her arm to be checked not her wrist) I understand there’s protocol to follow but one I’m sure they could have did an x-ray of her arm instead of the wrist... read more

Whenever came at hospital, they always say doctor is not in the hospital. Sometimes you have to wait for 3-4 hours ,and they have no idea when doctor is coming. Have no idea how they are running hospital ?,if their doctor is not available all the times .
