My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our latest visit. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Lesley our nurse practitioner was very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. We are very lucky to have this fantastic resource in our community.
Worst health care in 67 years. Don't fill scripts i timely fashion, lays blame with Pharmacies. Don't call back. Lack of respect. Misdiagnosed frequently. Kept complaing about lung issues. Had to go to ER to find out I have pulmonary fibrosis. Thank you Englehart hospital, you genuinely care and act.
Dont expect them to call you back no matter how many times you call, seems the staff doesnt care much about patients. Ive had many bad experiences here, probably the worst being told i didnt have pneumonia despite repeated visits and "tests" for 3 weeks. They dont like it when you suggest a possible diagnosis based on your own personal opinion and research, and ignore concerns for the most part.
Rude and abusive nursing staff, without common courtesy or common sense.
