Different scenario...similar experience. My experience was with an adjuster in Hartford, CT. In my opinion, avoid this company if possible.
This company came to my house to make an estimate but they did not do the work nor did they check the house well, half of the work they did the other half, no, and I am doing it so that they begin to investigate well, this company is not doing the complete work, everything half way.
