If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. The whole entire handling of a mutual clients claim in college park has been asinine. From the initial handler to the final adjuster, every portion of the claim has been treated unethically. Kelby Hughes, the initial claim handler, purposefully left out an important profit item on the initial inspection report of the building. As we completed the works my team supplemented for the items. By far the worst company i have EVER worked for, Dan Reeder is non responsive and our claim is going on 6 months now with no payment. Absolute clown show this company!!!!
Giving this company 1 star is giving them way to much credit. Absolutely awful customer service.
