Forget about Mark. I contacted him to do some work on my marine diesel in my sailboat. After explaining to him wha the issue was I asked him for a time and and date to meet him at my sailboat (I live more than 1 hour away from the Marina). He said that I just need to leave the sailboat unlocked for him to access it and that I didnt need to be there for him to check the engine. Excellent. Mark Miller corrected an engine alignment problem that stumped two other firms. He also noticed a failing raw water pump that the surveyor and those two firms missed. They are very thorough, honest, and stand behind their work.
These guys are great and honest.
