I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on Mother’s Day. They never delivered the flowers and now won’t answer the phone. I have been trying to call them for days to find out what happened. DO NOT buy from here. This place is a scam.
Placed an order on Saturday for flowers to be delivered by noon on Monday. My sister was going in for surgery so I wanted the flowers delivered a couple hours before she had to go to the hospital to pick her spirits up.Susan called my sister to ask if she could deliver them Sunday which was not possible for my sister AND was not what I requested. This florist shop is one of the best. I never had any issues when calling to order an arrangement. They are always so kind and helpful with helping you decide on what to purchase. Even if I need a delivery that day they are always ready to make sure for timely delivery. Plus they are very reasonable on prices. Also I never had any complaints for years. If the owner reads I want to thank you for all your years of dedication to serve the community.
My kids sent me flowers after my husband had a heart attack. Supposed to be delivered Friday... nothing Saturday... nothing. Today is Tuesday got a call from the florist to deliver this afternoon. I asked them to cancel. Like people can wait around 4 days for a delivery. So disappointing
