The receptionists are very rude on the phone. (Both calls I had with them). Too late to cancel after waiting a month for an appointment! I am skeptical about going. I also notice they only have a 3.9 rating.
Dr. Engle is an excellent doctor. He took out all 3 of my children's tonsils and adenoids at the same time. I had twin 5 year Olds and a 7 year old. He and his staff are amazing!! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!! I even went back years later and had my own removed. He was the best!! Still going to him for allergy reasons.
Went there for a 3:00 appt got taken a little after no big deal met DrEngle he took his time listened to me did a very thorough exam explained what he was doing …one of the best first appointments I’ve ever had … I would absolutely recommend Dr Engle ! The staff was helpful and very nice!!
So hard to get an emergency appt. left a message on weekend and never got a return call by Tuesday. I called and couldn’t get in till next week earliest. I lost my voice and I’m a patient for 8 yrs. was told that’s what urgent care is for. I probably needed my meds adjusted. How could UC be effective when I have ongoing issues. All this group wants to do is scope and test for allergies.
Dr Engle and staff took amazing care of me. As a young type one diabetic I had a horrible ear infection that got worse rapidly. Dr Engle admitted me under his care and I was amazed how fast I recovered. His staff called numerous times to make sure I was okay. He called himself to follow up. I would recommend him 100%. It is a busy office just like every other Doctors office...be patient with your visit, it's worth it!
