Bill England is professional, pleasant and extremely good at what he does. He was realistic while being kind and never hesitated to schedule a call whenever necessary. Usa Grace was also really amazing. I have an extremely complicated parenting plan with a lot of moving parts and she easily understood all the nuances and incorporated them into her spreadsheet of the schedule. both are extremely professional, competent and overall very helpful.
