Been doing business with Jeff and Enginemasters since 2015. Never had an issue and customer service is exceptional. Jeff is honest and passionate about his work and every machine/engine that leaves his business. Even large generators on trailers. He’s meticulous and runs a clean shop. Often Jeff works on uncommon engines too.. Onan, Wisconsin, Yanmar, etc. If you need an NLA part or want to sell NOS parts, I think they dabble in that. Not too certain anymore. Tried getting a simple part outa these guys to see how they could handle my fleets engine work. and met with attitude from the time I walked in. Thought I could move my engine work more local but I’ll keep taking my fleet to the other guys. I don’t know what’s hurting these guys to approach a new customer with such hate but I hope they find some resolve so other people don’t have to waste their time trying to spend money with them.
