They allow their workers to drink on the job. Would leave a 0 star If could. Guys are rude, have no respect for your personal property whatsoever. No consideration of your living arrangement or the elderly. Willl leave jagged pieces of pvc Piping sticking out of the ground! Just overall bad service and poor workmanship

Its nice to see the traffic control people of such a big professional company learned to middle finger salute when guiding traffic. "Good" quality control on the employees there, ECI should be proud, NOT!!!
