I was completely defrauded ,spent 25 thousand on designing of well ,the neighbor hires him and intentionally puts a water well to close to our property lines that he just designed ,how illegal ,he is in county and DEQ back pockets be careful ,he should have his engineering Licence pulled ,there were a few involved with him in county sanitation
