I used this company for the design of my septic system. The communication was horrible. I was never connected to anyone involved with my project, it was always “They will call you back”. And I was never called back. It was over three months after collecting my money, before they started on my project. Another two before the system was approved. You would think it was the first septic system they had ever designed. This was the worst service I have had in a very long time.
