Zach (and team) has completed 2 projects for me over 5 years. Communication has been excellent. Fast, excellent engineered plans and very knowledgeable to any questions along the way without any surprises with the contract/invoicing. Highly recommend!
Great to work with
We had a wonderful experience with this firm and the engineer we worked with, Zach Nemec, while designing the addition to our historic home. We interviewed architects, but the cost would have been almost double what Engineering Techniques charged us, and we were told that we would need a civil engineer in any event.
