Bought a SECO tripod here, cheap plastic cam broke on the second use shortly after buying, and they made me buy a new clamp bracket to pull the cam off of. Wasn't even the right bracket for the tripod. I've bought here in the past assuming there will be good service. Now I'll buy online or elsewhere.
Best field supply shop in the area. The staff and owner are very helpful and professional.
