I had an idea for a better bucket handle . After considerable effort I made a prototype. Now I needed a CAD file created by a design team so that an injection mold could be made to facilitate the handle's production . I ran into a brick wall . Many of those who claimed to be designers were sub par . It was time consuming , frustrating , and expensive . I finally discovered EMS . Dan and Kevin did an amazing job with my prototype. I didn't have a lot of experience with 3D printing, so I wasn't sure how to answer most of the questions they had. I visited their location and Kevin showed me examples and educated me on the strengths and weaknesses of the different techniques. I couldn't be happier with the service, cost, and finished product. Not sure what else to say... These guys are awesome!

I contacted EMS about a product I wanted them to help me design. Not only did they come up with some great ideas, they were able to do all the 3D design in CAD. They also built me a rapid prototype model using their Z Corp color 3D Printer. If you are looking for 3D scanning, product design or rapid prototypes I would highly recommend them. Fast, honest and great to work with. Maynard
