A top notch listener, with a touch for details you won't find in lot of other structural teams. He has a penchant for old architecture and history, which shows in his work. Better yet, he knows how to get things done, and on time.
I would only recommend Kyle for all your architectural engineering questions and needs. He is an expertise at his craft, patient, honest, kind, professional, and thorough. In Ohio, there are limited engineers who are masters in the knowledge and foresight of the construction, foundation, and maintenance of homes, namely century homes, and Kyle is it. He is able to educate, assess, and give you invaluable advice, recommendations, and insight that allowed me to make decisions with the upmost confidence and trust.
Kyle is excellent to work with. He is very professional, knowledgable and a great listener. When setting up our brewhouse and cellar we were worried that the weight of our equipment was too much for the old 1930s cement slab. Kyle engineered our floor structure to hold the weight of our tanks over the existing warehouse below. We had full confidence in him and now know our brewery and equipment is safe and sound! He continues to be a great resource for us as we grow as a business.
