Prompt and excellent service. I called Alex after my original solar system installer went out of business and left my solar system with an inadequate inverter, never completed the SREC registration and never showed me how to monitor my system. Alex came and examined the installation, found that the inverter was not what was specified to be, ordered the correct new inverter and got my solar system working again.

The decision to install solar in your home is not a decision that you take lightly, so it’s important to work with a proven professional like Alex Chapin and Engineered Solar. Alex’s expertise and knowledge is obvious and he kept me informed during the process. We looked into ways of saving money, and converting to solar energy just made sense financially and it’s good for the environment. My electricity bill is almost nothing! Engineered Solar is definitely one of the best companies to work with if you are considering upgrading to solar. Customer service was outstanding. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to giving customers the most efficient and long lasting panels on the current market. The installation process was quick and well done. The best part is that converting to solar has significantly reduced my energy bill!. Financing was easy....guidance was provided throughout the entire process. Thank you Engineered Solar!
